breakfast, sweet or salty. who you are?

For me salty breakfasts and sometimes something sweet, for Morgan sweet better. She love Nutella croissants but we do occasionally. If I´ve got to choose a sweet breakfast the best for me is a toast with salty butter and bitter orange marmelade

Cinnamon apple pear parfait

Croissants 

You can buy them done, or do it yourself with puff pastry, it´s really easy. If you don´t want to do you can buy them ready for cooking. For me the best are from Bofrost

Nutella Croissants

In Spain we´ve got Nocilla too but we love Nutella.

Butter and marmelade toasts

I use too cottage cheese and bitter orange marmelade is my favorite.

Ham and cheese croissants

Oil, tomato and salt

We used here a lot. Maybe with cold weather the people prefer "churros" but here we eat during all year this toasts. I love this with anchovies, this remember me the sunday breakbasfts with my father

Serrano Ham

Typical Spanish. With oil, with oil and tomato or with "garlic".

Spanish omelette with 

Maybe is strange but not for me. I don´t do the omelette in the morning, I let a piece the day before for breakfast the day later
